How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. 

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

  •  Please note that we do not accept returns of panties and bodysuits and swimwear bottoms due to hygiene reasons. Please check your order before payment as our sizing is completely accurate. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for these items. 

  •  We ask that you wear underwear only when first trying-on your purchase.

  •  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

  • Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Orders from some countries may be subject to local customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Agnes Underwear & Swimwear. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
